Learning Approach And Content

The Leadership Skills Programme is fundamentally based on providing a sound understanding of the psychological processes of human interaction and how these relate to effective leadership behaviour.

Role-play situations are used throughout to enhance the leadership skills of the individual within group and one to one situations. Workshops usually run over a 4 day period working with 8 to 10 people at a time and are followed one month later with a two day follow up workshop. The focus is on the needs of the group whilst allowing individuals time and space to share views and insights. In role play situations realistic scenarios are preferred which are relevant to the genuine needs of the business giving participants the opportunity to relate new learning to their individual situations at work. This promotes creativity and innovation throughout the organization. Reference material and visual aids support the learning process.
