Advanced Facilitation Skills
CPA's Facilitation Skills Programmes, come in three forms: Foundation, Advanced, Masterclass and the Facilitation Clinic. These programmes are tailored to meet the development needs of all professionals having a requirement to facilitate both internal and external workshops and meetings.
They are also an excellent foundation for any Client wishing to move from Product-led Selling into Service or Solution-led Selling.
The Advanced Workshop is normally tailored the actual clients' and individuals' specific needs. The higher the level of skill and experience of the participants the more clinic-based scenarios will be included.
