Our Background

CPA and TFC were set up by to deliver excellence in organizational relationship building and our commitment to the development of its clients has been the prime goal since its inception.  We have worked across a wide range of functions in many organizations (including:  Information Technology, Health Care, Education, Marketing and Sales) and are aware of the ways in which organizational strategies and cultures impacted directly at a personal level on the relationships between individuals, teams, departments, customers, partners and suppliers. 

Competitive pressures, Acquisitions, Mergers, personal and professional uncertainty, internal politics, mis-understandings and a lack of personal skills in dealing with others often culminates in poor relationships which have a direct impact on the retention of staff and the profitability of the business.

The two Directors begun training as Clinical Gestalt Psychotherapists, initially with the sole intention of working privately with individuals.  However, the relevance of psychotherapeutic skills and knowledge to organizational life became clear, and combined with their diverse backgrounds and work experience within commercial settings, they established the company to address these issues for Client Organizations.

Over the last ten years CPA has continued to achieve and surpass its initial goals and continues to expand and develop into new areas.  The company's record of success in building client relationships and delivering high quality programmes is reflected in the high level of satisfaction expressed in feedback from our clients.
